Following the successful launch of Deutsche Börse Group’s EMIR reporting solutions in August – the first service of their Regulatory Reporting Hub – the exchange has recently announced that it will be offering ARM and APA services as of 3 January 2018, having been determined compliant with MiFID II requirements by BaFin (German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority).
The Regulatory Reporting Hub of Deutsche Börse Group has launched a partnership with Risk Focus and RegTek.Solutions, with both firms providing key components for the exchange’s OTC Trade Reporting solution, including RegTek.Solutions’ Validate.Trade product. More than 2,000 investment firms from all over Europe are to be on-boarded on the platform in the short-term.
Deutsche Börse Group’s Regulatory Reporting Hub was a mission critical project for the industry, and we’re very proud to have contributed to its success.
