The RegTek.Solutions team was very proud to participate in the FCA’s “call for input on the use of technology to achieve smarter regulatory reporting”. Two delegates from RegTek attended the excellent Digital Regulatory Reporting Roundtable last month, hosted in Bristol by Burgess Salmon in partnership with Grant Thornton. We’d like to reiterate our thanks to our impeccable hosts for a fascinating and very worthwhile event.
A copy of the submission to the call for input from Burgess Salmon and Grant Thornton based on the roundtable event was kindly shared with us recently, and we are extremely pleased with the outcome which we believe will greatly add to the discussions. And while the event was held under Chatham House Rules, we don’t think we’re out of line in acknowledging that we are delighted to recognise some our contributions within the submission. This is an intriguing and fascinating area of opportunity to improve the efficacy of publishing and consuming regulations. The FCA, the many other firms that contributed their time and expertise and of course our esteemed hosts should be applauded for their diligence and efforts.
The FCA is due to publish the submissions it received this summer, and we certainly look forward to further collaboration with all industry participants.
